• At least 3 years of product development experience.

• Experience with plastic and sheet metal design.
• Experience preparing production documentation for local and overseas manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience working with manufacturers and production suppliers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good English communication skills.
• Experience with DFM/DFA and production support.

We are looking for an Embedded Software & Algorithms Engineer to lead the development of embedded software and real-time algorithms for advanced hardware products.

• Develop embedded software for microcontrollers and edge devices.
• Design and implement real-time algorithms, digital filters, control loops and advanced state machines.
• Define software architecture and support system-level design.
• Work closely with hardware, mechanical and system engineers.

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of embedded software development experience.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills.
• Experience with microcontrollers and real-time systems.
• Experience implementing digital filters, control algorithms and state machines.
• Good understanding of embedded hardware and interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet).
• Ability to think at both software and system engineering levels.

• RTOS experience.
• Robotics, UAV or autonomous systems background.

• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (Altium, OrCAD, KiCad or similar).
• Strong analog and digital circuit design background.
• Experience with BOM preparation, DFM/DFA/DFT and manufacturing support.
• Hands-on lab experience with oscilloscopes and debugging equipment.

• Embedded hardware experience.
• Familiarity with CAN, Ethernet, USB, RS-485, SPI, I2C and UART.
• Power electronics or battery management experience.
• Good English.

• Experience supporting low-volume manufacturing.
